Patsy,
Needless to say I was very disappointed when I arrived at the
dealership and Marc didn't know anything about a car.
While he was trying to get a shuttle, Shawn said he was available to take a test drive.
We left the dealership and turned on to Rockside. As soon
as I got up to 35-40 he could hear the sound.
He said it's a tire. I said I just wanted it fixed. It has been a
problem since I purchased the car, (and all the warranties).
He said it would not be covered and that the file read that there were
large gaps in the file. He said if this is about getting a new tire,
it's not going to happen. At that time I swung the car around
and headed back. I also said, every other time I come in for
tire rotation the sound comes back.
Then you guys just rotate the tire to the back or the other side,
and it goes away until the tire is rotated again.
So the tire never really gets rotated and you never have to
deal with the real problem.
That just puts off the fact that it has been a bad tire since the
beginning. The service departments trick is to just hide the
issue and then say there are to big a gaps where you
haven't complained. Very sneaky and under handed.
I would like a full refund of the extended warranty.
As the reason you sold it to me was I would be covered bumper
to bumper and I wouldn't have hassles like this.
Awaiting your prompt response.
Thank you.
